21 Jan 19 I added several Ballards.   Finally, after years of looking, I found the birthplace of my GGrandfather William Riley Ballard together with several additional Ballards some of whom I am not confident of the information posted here.  Those before Willliam Hudson Ballard Sr need to be further researched to ensure the information is correct which has proven to be very difficult.

My Mother, Nelma Neoma Ballard Whitmer, died at home on Sept 22. 1997; age 83.  My Father,  Maurice E. Whitmer, died on August 1, 2005, at home at the age of 90.  It was just the three of us.  They were good parents, good people and I remember them every day. They are deeply missed.
